Terri Shepherd

CEO

Terri is CEO of Xact! Due Diligence and Xact! Resources, Inc. When she isn't leading the Xact! team, she’s highly active with many member organizations. She is on the board of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), Alliance of Mergers and Acquisitions (AM&AA) and is a member of Risk Management Association (RMA) and Turnaround Management Association (TMA). Terri is also the treasurer on the executive committee of the Burnsville Chamber. She also serves as a committee member of the United States Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business Council and International Trade Subcommittee. She also is a National Director for the American Collectors Association and the Executive Director of the Minnesota Association of Collectors. Her other company, Xact! Resources, is a receivables management company that specializes in credit, courtesy calls and collections.

Paula Doherty

Director, Business Development

Paula joined the Xact! team in 2010 to establish and grow Xact!’s business development efforts. Before joining Xact, she was the Director of Special Services at Hub Group, a $1.7 billion non-asset transportation company and North America’s leading provider of intermodal shipping, highway services, transportation management and supply chain solutions. Paula’s experience and proven record of leading highly skilled, cross-functional teams in design, development and leading-edge solutions and processes helps drive the growth of Xact! Resources and Xact! Due Diligence. Paula is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Risk Management Association.

Mary Johnson

Account Manager

Mary joined the Xact! team in July 2011 as an Account Manager, where she works closely with the customers in facilitating their accounts. Prior to joining the Xact! team, she was the Customer Service/Marketing Manager for Zimmerman Communi-Care Network. She brings with her 18+ years of customer service, account management, and marketing experience. Mary is passionate about relationship-building, working as a team, and providing the highest possible level of service.
